About Commissions
Turn around time for tailoring depends on the changes that need to be made. Hemming pants or a skirt can be done in a week or so. A complete makeover of your mom's 1990's puffy sleeved prom dress may take 2 weeks to a month.
My current rate is 25$ an hour, I'd only charge you for the time recorded working on your project. You'd pay before I ship it or give it to you.
Samples and Communications
For hemming I'll need how inches up were going. if theirs enough fabric left over we could do something cool with it too. Tie for him? Fabric flower for her?
for other alterations it will be similar. I'll just need to know how much to take in inches, or your measurements to fit the garment to.
We will stay in contact throughout the entire project to ensure it's coming out as you thought it would. Back and forth messages through Instagram or Gmail.
Never be afraid to be specific! I want the details and preferences. I will also be asking your opinion on pieces along the way
Has someone destroyed your sweater? Woah, woah, woah. I've got some thread and will stitch away.
